Von Mhlenen’s Emmentaler Tradition Classic is the original from Switzerland. Produced in the traditional style in small local village dairies, without additives and using only pure raw milk, natural cultures and rennet, it is matured for 5 months in climate-controlled cellars and brushed with salt water once per week. Von Mhlenen Emmentaler Tradition is mainly produced in the valley of the Emme river at the heart of Switzerland.
